What We Offer:
* Service Type: Residential Service
* Location: Cambridgeshire
* Salary: £11.44 per hour
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, inclusive of day shifts and night shifts.
* Generous Holidays: 30 days of annual leave (including statutory bank holidays).
* Pay Incentives: Overtime, Bank Holidays
* Training & Development: Funded Qualifications whilst you earn.
Your Responsibilities:
* Daily Variety: Each day will bring new experiences, from helping someone plan their weekly shop to going on outdoor adventures.
* Personal Care: Assist with daily tasks such as taking medication, cooking, and personal hygiene.
* Support Activities: Aid in attending favourite events, using public transport, and managing money.
* Goal Achievement: Encourage individuals to discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships with family and friends.
* High-Quality Care: Provide the highest standard of support, ensuring the needs and wants of individuals are heard and met.
