Gas Compliance Officer Required

Venn Group are looking for a Gas Compliance Officer to work for a Housing Association based in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and contractors to resolve technical queries and those relating to planning and programming activities
* Supporting the Gas Safety Manager through prioritising, organising and monitoring the servicing, repair, install and maintenance programmes, focussed on maintaining statutory gas compliance
* Raising orders for Gas inspector and 3rd party auditor following up on orders for reactive, planned and remedial works
* Take receipt of gas safety documentation including LGSRS, heating referrals and surveys and using technical knowledge and experience, convert the written recommendations into actions
* Raising tasks on the ActiveH system for management actions
* Following up on recommended remedial actions, using own technical knowledge
* Coordinate and contribute to responses to queries from stakeholders, relating to actions arising from gas safety work
* Revise actions/tasks/timescales and plan gas inspector workload as appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
* Require ACS qualifications and CCN1
