IT Technician

Sunderland/Onsite
Day-to-day:
* Supporting a variety of clients onsite with reactive support as well as project work
* Supporting clients through remote support
* Assisting the service desk and getting to work on interesting tickets
* Consulting the varied client base on systems upgrades
* Providing high-quality support on desktops, servers, and cloud platforms
