My client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be working within a professional and friendly environment. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, dynamic expanding specialist law firm.
Key Tasks:
- Providing general technical support to staff and delegating tasks to an external IT company where necessary
- Assisting with setting up workspaces and profiles for new staff members
- Maintenance and configuration of laptops / printers etc.
- Accurate recording of equipment inventory
- Managing/ assisting with staff requests for new software installation and downloads
- Development/support of/with the firm’s legal case management system (Proclaim) including adding letters and memos and creating reports.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in IT support services within a law firm
- Previous experience with Proclaim
- Well-developed network/desktop client troubleshooting skills
- Strong organisational skills are necessary with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
