An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Key Stage 2 HLTA to join a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
The school are an Ofsted graded ’Good’ school, which is a dedicated & very supportive primary school in Northamptonshire which is a 2 form entry Primary school. They have a friendly, supportive and dedicated team and excellent facilities. The pupils are very happy and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across various subjects and age groups.
* Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Foster a love of learning through creative and innovative teaching methods.
* Manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful and positive atmosphere.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall development of students
Requirements:
* A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the student and the school environment.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, following the school’s policies and procedures.
