The key responsibilities of a Learning and Development Coach candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programmes for the Human Resources department
* Identify training needs and gaps in performance across the team
* Facilitate various training sessions and workshops
* Monitor and report on training programme effectiveness
* Collaborate with team leaders to improve employee performance
* Act as a mentor and coach for team leaders within the department
* Ensure alignment of training with the company’s strategic goals
* Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends in the recruitment consultancy industry
Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coachshould have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Experience in learning and development within a recruitment consultancy environment
* Strong knowledge of effective learning and development strategies
* Proven track record of enhancing team performance
* Ability to design and implement strategic training programmes
* Excellent communication and coaching skills
* Ability to commute to Trafford
