2 x roles available: 1 Team Manager for Support and Supervision of Mainstream Carers & 1 Team Manager for Connected Persons/Kinship

Responsibilities:
* Support and Supervision to 7-8 staff who are working with approved mainstream foster carers
* Lead, manage, support and develop the team (Supported by two further team managers, panel adviser and service manager)
To be considered for the Team Manager role…ideally you will have:
* 3+ years’ experience of working within a similar role and team
* A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
* Registration with Social Work England
* Familiar with annual review process, handling complaints and escalations, evaluations of foster carers, placement sufficiency.
