Day to day of the role: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
* Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to meet client needs.
* Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or account management.
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII) are desirable.
