PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for a interim contract circa 9 months.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based working.
Description
The role of HR Advisor/HR Generalist is a busy and varied role, you will work closely with the Plant Director at this manufacturing site in Wolverhampton, supporting with all people matters, including but not limited to:
* Assist with recruitment, selection, and on-boarding processes
* Management of employee relations casework
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Contribute to team objectives and HR projects
* Assist with learning and development activities
* Support performance management initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Management of Payroll Time & Attendance system
Profile
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor/HR generalist position.
