Job Description:
Private Client Locum – West Midlands
Venn Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a prestigious law firm located in the West Midlands. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a comprehensive Private Client caseload, including:
* Wills
* Probate
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Estate Administration
* Trusts
* Provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
* Autonomously manage cases at various stages, including taking on new instructions
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years PQE across Private Client
* Demonstrated ability to handle complex Probate and LPA matters
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
