Job Description:
Working within the firms National Innovation & Technology team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, customisation, and development of our Dynamics 365 platform. You will ensure the system is running smoothly, meets business requirements, and is continuously improved to support our evolving needs working closely with the Dynamics 365 solutions architect.
The role will initially focus on being part of a firm wide national project to implement a new CRM and Client acceptance system. You will be working with the project team and a Microsoft consultancy using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform to develop and deliver the system. On conclusion of the project, you will continue to work closely with stakeholders and the suppliers to understand further requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions to continually develop the system for the firm’s ongoing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*System Administration: Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
*Customization and Development: Customize and develop Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
*Integration: Design and implement integrations with other business systems and applications.
*Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
*Data Management: Oversee data integrity, perform data migrations, and manage data imports/exports.
*Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes.
*Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement best practices to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), and related technologies.
*Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals are preferred.
*Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
