Job Description:
Job description Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with an NHS Mental Health Trust based in the North West to recruit a Mental Health Service Manager on an Interim basis for 6 months. You will be working within an excellent team and adding valuable information towards the running of the service.

* Based in the North West of England
* Based fully on site (cover 2 sites)
* Mon to Fri9am to 5pm
* Starting ASAP for 6 months
This is an exciting time to be working in Mental Health and helping to shape the services we provide to Children, Young People and their families in line with GM Transformation. We are looking for an individual who have experience of working with Children and Young People with mental health needs and are passionate, dedicated and committed to working in a thriving service.
Duties include:
The post of Service Manager is integral to the continued delivery of safe, effective and high-quality services to Children and Young People with mental health needs in the trust.
The post holder will play an integral part in the strategic assessment, development, planning and delivery of flexible, personal and responsive services for children and young people with mental health needs.
The post holder will have a wide range of responsibilities including deputizing for the Head of Operations as and contributing to the management of change in service provision, supporting service re-design and directly influencing future service provision for children and young people with mental health needs.
The post holder will be required to provide management and professional leadership to operational managers and will be accountable for service delivery in their areas of responsibility.
