You’ll be part of a dynamic corporate team comprising eight partners and around 30 other lawyers, handling a diverse range of high-quality corporate transactional and advisory work. From private M&A to corporate rationalizations, our team covers it all. Supported by specialists in tax, employment, real estate, and more, you’ll work with multinational clients and collaborate with overseas law firms. The work spans:
* Private M&A (buy side and sell side)
* Private equity (management advisory and portfolio work)
* High growth companies / shareholders agreements and articles / equity fundraising
* Corporate rationalisations / reorganisations
* General corporate advisory
* Partnership law
* Inward investment and cross border transactions
