My client, a prestigious and multi-award-winning law firm based in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join their thriving Private Client team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting Private Client Fee Earners in a fast-paced and busy department. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow and develop their skills within a respected firm known for its commitment to excellence.
  
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and managing client files
* Providing day-to-day support to the Private Client team
* Regularly updating clients on case progress
* Taking instructions and drafting essential documents
* Liaising with the Probate Registry, HM Land Registry, Estate agents, and other relevant agencies
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of two years of experience in a Private Client paralegal role is essential
* For LPC graduates, completion of the Private Client elective is required
* Proficiency with Case Management Systems and Laserforms
* Highly organized, flexible, and ambitious
* Capable of working under pressure with strong numerical skills and a professional telephone manner
