Due to an increase in new instructions and clients, this firm is seeking a new hire to bolster its existing successful team. The firm is in growth mode and would be keen to meet senior solicitors with the following experience:
* Residential Property Partner
* Zone 1/Zone 2 Central London experience
* Advising on all aspects of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity etc 
* Experience of working with HNW clients 
* Proven ability to work to tight deadlines 
* Loyal referral network/following is required
