Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting for a Buyer with experience within the Manufacturing sector.
This is a Hybrid role on a permanent basis, the salary on offer will be between £43,000 - £47,000 DOE.
This role will involve Purchasing for both the Production & Development teams, reviewing requirements from production, ensuring stock levels are correct and negotiating with new suppliers.
Specific Duties will include -
* Management of the Purchasing process to ensure KPI’s & SLA’s are adheard to
* Support the development of internal processes
* Sourcing new suppliers & developing a supplier base while attending supplier audits
* Negotiating with new suppliers for both national and international relationships
* Continually review the MRP requirements
* Purchasing for Production and Development teams
* Progressing PO’s ensuring all updates are recorded
To be successful you will need previous experience within a Buyers/procurement position preferably within Manufacturing.
