As a Customer Service Administrator in the Property Repairs Department at Rugby Council, you will play a crucial role in assisting residents with their property repair inquiries and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Logging repair requests, scheduling appointments, and liaising with repair teams.
- Providing accurate information and updates to customers regarding their repair status.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
