Your New Role
Our client is a global, electronics manufacturer, who are seeking a talented Value Stream Manager, to springboard the UK branch to a new level. The Value Stream Manager (VSM) will optimize operations by overseeing end-to-end processes within a specific value stream, ensuring products meet quality specifications, safety, testing requirements, and design criteria. This role involves strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on operational experience to meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have experience working within a similar position previously. You will be a strategic leader, who has hands on operational experience and is an excellent problem solving. Demonstrable experience of improving productivity, continuously improving operations and lower costs is essential. Ideally you will hold HNC/Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with a minimum five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
