Job Specification: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Experience: 5+PQE
My client is a dynamic and expanding firm specialising in working with property developers, committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise. Due to team expansion, they are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running with a wealth of work available! This opportunity will allow you to work closely with a Partner who is considered a leader in their field! This role is based in their Birmingham office, which fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a hybrid work model.
About the Role
The team is looking to bring in someone who is experienced in a litigation role and is expected to be able to work autonomously. This position would consist of handling all elements of commercial litigation, with key areas of work including:
* Professional Negligence.
* Contractual disputes
* Complex policy matters.
* Commercial Landlord / Tenant litigation
* Disputed debts
The firm has a very loyal clientele that will provide quality work with a good deal flow which offers the prospect of working closely with key clients while being encouraged to develop personal contacts and network in the market.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant litigation experience, working in a national or regional firm and knowledge of working within the Midlands will also be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the role, sound judgement, good interpersonal skills, and clear and concise communication abilities are essential. The candidate should bring a strong professional demeanour and possess the capability to manage workloads independently.
