Finance Business Partner | £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus | Manchester (2 days in office) | Global PLC 

Axon Moore are working with a global PLC brand in Manchester city centre, who have created a new role for a Finance Business Partner to join the team.

This is a good client of ours, having placed a number of qualified accountants in the business previously who are still with the organisation.

Power BI & SAP experience would be significantly advantageous. Responsibilities include:
* Business partnering with senior stakeholders across different countries in Europe such as France, Germany, Hungary & UK 
* Produce budgets & forecasts 
* Provide detailed performance reporting and KPIs for board packs.
* Review and analyse divisional costs to support accuracy of accounts. This includes providing accurate commentary and investigation into variances
* Create and manage company KPIs to help drive business performance.
* Analysis of work in progress and other KPIs
* Continuously look at ways to improve working files/processes/systems with the aim  of increasing accuracy
* Drive automation of processes and data analysis, including utilisation of existing tools and working closely with MI and IT colleagues

 Person specification:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist 
* SAP experience is desirable 
* Power BI experience is desirable
* Strong Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues.
* Previous experience in a commercial accounting / business partnering role is essential
