Role Overview
The Property Team is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to enhance the dynamic group. As a successful applicant, you will:
* Qualifications: Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive/FILEX
* Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload of approximately 50-60 matters with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Purchases: Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Title Management: Work with both unregistered and registered titles
* Auction & Probate: Manage auction and probate sales
* Equity & Matrimonial: Oversee transfer of equity and matrimonial property matters
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking candidates who:
* Experience: Have a minimum of 4+ years’ relevant experience
* Team Player: Are enthusiastic and collaborative
* IT Proficiency: Possess good IT skills and experience with case management systems (advantageous)

* Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit team of four, including two fee earners and two support staff
