Employee Relations Manager 
Cambridge 
Salary up to £52,000
18 month FTC 
Hybrid working - 3 days a week on site

We are recruiting an Employee Relations Manager on FTC for a period of 18 months to manage a high-volume complex ER case load.

You will provide specialist advice and guidance on employee relation matters to employees across the business unit based on up-to-date employment law and the organisation’s policies and procedures.

Within the organisation, you will have the support of a centralised HR / ER team.

You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys assessing the risk of the situations as well as proactively investigating and resolving your case load.

Experience of working in a large, complex business with extensive knowledge of employee relations is key.

Ideally CIPD qualified and degree qualified.

Confident in using in IT and HR systems and software.

Excellent stakeholder management skills operating in a complex environment.
