Post Completions Assistant
* Salary: £23,000 FTE
* Location: Farnborough
* Job Type: Part-time (20 Hours per week / Flexible)
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and highly organised individual to develop their legal career within our successful Residential Property department on a part-time basis.
Day to Day of the role:
* Utilising the Land Registry portal to carry out priority searches.
* Addressing lender’s requirements post-completion and managing deeds thereafter.
* Handling Department administrative tasks and managing your own workload.
* Submitting applications for registration at the Land Registry for the Department.
* Responding to Land Registry queries during the registration process.
* Reviewing financial ledgers and arranging for the return of balances to clients.
* Closing files and assisting with Deeds requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience in a similar role within a legal environment is desirable but not essential.
