Equipment Controller

£24 – 30k pa doe
This is a busy role requiring natural sales and customer service skills coupled with strong administration skills.
Working closely with the sales manager this role will require someone that can co-ordinate and work to tight timeframes often under pressure.
Daily duties will include offering prompt and efficient service to customers both internal and external. The successful candidate will need to maximise all revenue opportunities with all associated paperwork, whilst always delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries; orders from customers and provide accurate information as required.
* ·Ensure accuracy of all paperwork including purchase orders.
* ·Liaise with the warehouse to ensure equipment required for hire is available.
* ·Work within the Health & Safety policy of the company
