This is an internal role in a busy office, for which excellent customer service skills are essential to build rapport in a professional manner to recognise and succeed in sales conversations.
The successful candidate will also have experience of working in a busy and reactive environment- able to prioritise and recognise sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
* Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
* Process customer orders accurately, with all information included
* Liaise with the warehouse
