Sales Administrator
Location: Poole
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to get involved in all aspects of the business. Main Purpose:
The Sales Administrator will handle a variety of tasks, including managing client sales inquiries, creating quotes and sales orders, and supporting production administration. This role has the potential to expand into more sales, marketing, and order processing responsibilities in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client sales inquiries via email, phone, and website.
* Create quotes and sales orders using our CRM system.
* Follow up on sales quotes.
* Support production administration, including sending client visuals.
* Coordinate with couriers for deliveries.
* Conduct stock takes.
* Maintain strong communication skills with clients and team members.
Knowledge and Experience:
* 1-2 years of administration experience.
* Some customer service experience.
* Confident phone skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £24,000 - 26,000
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-15:30
Experience:
* Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
* General administration: 1 year (preferred)
