Job Description:
I’m currently working exclusively with a FinTech client that delivers a cutting-edge product for Finance and Operation Analyst. The business is scaling and signing well established brands names to their portfolio. Positioned at the core of the business, the role is exposed to senior leadership teams and involved in decision-making, requiring a strategic approach to ensure they are well-integrated and effectively contributing.
As a Finance and Operations Analyst, you be working directly with the CFO and Operations Director growing and improving the business. Within the role you will partner with the wider business to support the delivery of the company strategy and develop long term planning and ensure that they are fit for international scale.
* Work with the CFO on Strategic and Financial Planning both short and long term.
* Partner with the sales team to gather data analytics, pricing and commercials for reporting.
* Partner with budgets owners to help the business achieve Operating expense plan.
* Support service improvements, cost savings across all departments and promote a digital attitude across the business.
* Build and manipulate financial models, analysis and scenario modelling, as the business need.
* Deliver market research for the CFO and CEO to consider new jurisdictions and markets.
* Continuedly partner with accountancy and advisory firms, responsible for accuracy of bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax services.
* Create, build and change digital procurement processes, owning the supplier lifecycle process and management of the suppliers.
* Work closely with investor relations team at the request of the CFO.
* Support the production of an accurate dashboards within deadlines and review the Company KPIs explaining variances.
Candidate profile:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
* Strong knowledge of excel and financial modelling.
* Experience of analysing Large data sets and performance metrics.
* Experience within FinTech in particular and an understanding of financial product lifecycles is an advantage but not essential.
* Previous experience in a Startup / Scaleup business is desirable.
