Are you a CNC Machinist or similar with a background in Milling seeking an autonomous position where you can contribute to exciting projects for F1 and MotoGP teams within a company offering tailored training and progression opportunities?
This role presents a chance to join a leading consultancy specialising in the design, development, and fabrication of precision components for motorsport and other high-tech industries globally.
In this dynamic role you will ensure the efficient operation of the CNC Machine Shop by operating and programming lathes and mills, both on and offline. Key duties include reviewing engineering drawings, collaborating with the Machine Shop Supervisor, coordinating with the Quality Engineer on tolerances, and maintaining machine schedules. The position is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, in Aylesbury, with 1.5x overtime available.

The Role:
* Operate and program CNC lathes and mills, both on and offline
* Review engineering drawings to plan machining processes
* Collaborate with the Machine Shop Supervisor and Quality Engineer on tolerances
* Maintain machine maintenance schedules
* Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, based in Aylesbury
* Overtime available at 1.5x pay rate

* CNC Machinist or similar
* Lathe + 3 & 5 Axis Milling experience
* Commutable to Aylesbury
