Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
We have partnered with an exceptional multi-office law firm based in Surrey, who are currently looking for a mid-level Commercial Real Estate lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis.
They are open to a varied level of experience and considering candidates from 2 to 10 years PQE as they are looking to expand their successful department.
This law firm has one a number of accolades over the past 2 years and is quickly becoming one of the most successful firms within the area with an incredibly rich history behind it. 
Key Duties: 
• All aspects of development work including site appraisal, acquisitions, developer agreements, promotion agreements, planning agreements and options
• All aspects of Landlord and Tenant
• Negotiating and preparing leases and easements
• Drafting leases, tenancy agreements, sales and purchase agreements, deeds of surrender and any other documents as required
• Desire to develop existing expertise, experience and skills with training, direction and appropriate supervision
• Effective time management and organisational skills and the initiative to work independently but also as part of a team
• Able to communicate and engage at all levels both internally and externally with clients and professional advisors 
• Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude to work
