Job Description:
Position: Office Manager
Location: Roslin, Office-based
Salary: Up to £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an efficient and well-organised office environment.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- Schedule and manage appointments, office space, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare the office for external meetings and arrange hospitality for visitors.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception for colleagues and visitors.
- Manage the office budget.
- Handle post and courier services.
- Support in maintaining documentation and ordering IT equipment.
- Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist colleagues with travel and logistical plans.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a busy Office Manager role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong team player with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Organised mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
