Senior Property Leasing Manager vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a National Charity and would like to introduce the following positions available
Position:          Senior Property Leasing Manager
Location:         North East - Yorkshire & Humberside (Hybrid role)
Rate:                £34.46 p/hour (Umbrella rate)       
Length:            6 months, reviewed every 4 weeks
Hours:              35 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
* Responsible for achieving organisations housing property procurement requirements for commissioned and non-commissioned services and producing progress reports as required
* This will include local authority commissioned services and central government commissioned services
* Promotion of organisations and its property offer to property investors, sourcing companies, landlords and agents to develop and maintain a network of property suppliers and maximise the availability of good quality housing stock for leasing
* Leading and supporting the team on commercial negotiations to secure properties for leasing and renewing existing leases
* Ensuring that leases and management agreements reflect the terms negotiated and agreed, ensuring that appropriate variances to standard agreements are made to reflect this
* A willingness to travel across regions and beyond primary patch
* Working flexibly and contribute to the overall work and tasks of a regional team
* Problem solving and finding win/win positions in negotiations
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication and relationship management skills, good organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised during the working day. Good Project Management Skills, Ability to follow processes and instructions. Ability to work flexibly and contribute to the overall work and tasks of a regional team.
The successful applicant will drive, have access to a car and be available to start in 1-2 weeks of offer
