Job Overview:
The Contract Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Soft FM contract management onsite. This role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring and team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, to ensure that our contracts are managed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Soft FM Contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the contract management team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
* Oversee the entire contract lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Procurement) to facilitate contract negotiations and address any issues that arise.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
* Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
* Lead dispute resolution processes and manage any contract-related disputes or claims.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract status and performance.
Qualifications:
* Degree level or equivalent experience of working in a leadership role managing a multi service portfolio
* Experience in contract management, including leadership roles.
* Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and administration.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
