Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing company to recruit for a dynamic and driven Production Team Leader to join their Leeds-based factory.
Hours: 2 shift patterns available- permanent nights Monday to Friday or Mornings & Afters Monday to Thursday only.
The  Production Team Leader will report into the Production Shift Manager on the shop floor with a focus on, safety and quality whilst ensuring output targets are consistently achieved or excelled.
The Production Team Leader role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and relishes being hands-on.
Duties and responsibilities of the Production Team Leader  include:
* Monitor performance to metrics, manage resources and priorities to achieve targets
* Understanding demand, capacity and resources
* Drive forward and promote a continuous improvement and safety-first culture
* Supporting and leading a team of production operatives in a fast-paced production environment
* Monitoring the process and target achievement whilst driving activity and performance
* Identifying and managing change whilst effectively engaging with your team
We are keen to speak with Production Team Leaders with the following skills & experience:
* Previous experience gained in a Production Team Leader position
* Knowledge of production and relevant KPIs
* Experienced in a manual process
* Supervision and leadership experience
