Experienced Senior Planner required for an immediate start!

Overview:
* 6-8 months
* Hybrid working (2 days on site per week)
* MRTPI or equivalent required
* Immediate start
* £40 p/h Umbrella- Inside IR35
Our Local Government Client in Essex seek a capable Senior Planner o contribute to their driven and growing team focused on supporting Local Plan execution

You will be required to:
* Working at pace on the delivery of new policy
* support the Local Plan preparation
* Evidence gathering and assimilation
* Policy development
* Providing baseline data and detailed analysis of evidence to inform decisions
* Working on PPAs and allocations as part of this rol
You will require:
* MRTPI Qualified (or equivalent) Policy Planner
* Local Plan experience would be ideal (we are currently up to regulation 18)
Key Tasks below:
* Evidence gathering and assimilation.
* To work on the Local Plan preparation. * Policy development
* Baseline data and detailed analysis of evidence to inform decisions.
* There is scope to work on PPAs and Allocations
