Job Opportunity: Special Education Needs Teaching Assistants
Join a leading SEN school dedicated to supporting primary, secondary, and post-16 pupils with complex needs, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as a primary or secondary diagnosis.
?? Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with complex needs.
* Assist with personal care routines and toileting needs sensitively and professionally.
* Implement individualised education plans under the guidance of SEN teachers.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students’ diverse needs effectively.
* Monitor and record student progress and behaviour.
?? Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD.
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
* Willingness to assist with personal care and toileting.
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service.
* Right to work in the UK.
