Job Description:
Temporary Maintenance Operative/Caretaker – Bath -  BA2
£16.50ph – Full time – Weekly pay 
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Temporary Maintenance Operative/Caretaker to work with our successful and well-known branded Student Accommodation client based in Bath.
Job duties can include:
* Carrying out reactive maintenance tasks in occupied rooms with the focus being on quality workmanship and customer service.
* Conducting or assisting with the maintenance of the building and building fabric, including repairs and redecoration.
* Ensuring that any issues of the properties or grounds are reported quickly and professionally.
* Maintain exceptionally high levels of cleanliness and tidiness in and around the grounds, bin store or refuse area.
* Attend to any emergency cleaning requirements on site, i.e spillages.
* Take personal responsibility to ensure weeds and debris aren’t on the grounds.
* Conduct regular levels of stock checks and report where needed.
* Assisting specialised engineers on site to carry out works where necessary.
* Take a proactive approach to ensure that the building is maintained to very high standards.
The ideal candidate will:
* Maintenance / Caretaker / Handyman experience
* Ability to carry out maintenance and building fabric works
* Experience in working in fast paced environment
* Ability to work in a team and communicate well with others
* Reliable, hardworking, flexible
* Awareness of Health and Safety Measures
This is a physically demanding position where you will be on the move throughout your day.
