Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a contract until the end of September 2024. This role is office based in Glasgow city centre working 3 days per week over Monday - Friday. Pay rate for this role will be £12.46 per hour. You must be available immediately, or have a maximum 1 week notice.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
* Assist with the preparation of coursework/ student timetables and student social events
* Helping support with the virtual learning environment such as Moodle
* Liaising with external suppliers, for booking accommodation and travel for students/visitors
* To co-ordinate and assist with course administration to include editing, copying, and collating of course documentation ensuring an efficient and timely service
* Update information using various platforms involving electronic systems, organise bulk mailings and distribute materials to tutors and students
* Assist with course enrolments on the University’s student record system
* Manage your own diary and workload
* Email inbox management
