Job Description:
This role of the HR Generalist is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Your role will be to provide HR and Employee Relations support, working collaboratively with the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality services.

Our client is a respected leader in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry with a substantial workforce numbering in the thousands, operating in the Leeds area.
Description
The interim HR Generalist will:
* Provide HR guidance and support to the business
* Support the implementation of HR strategies and policies
* Identify and address HR issues and trends affecting the business using a range of MI
* Provide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issues
* Facilitate employee development and performance management
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to improve HR procedures and policies
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislation
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
Profile
The successful HR Generalist should be/have:
* Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
* A solid understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities
* Qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred though not essential
* Available to start immediately or on short notice
