Week 1 08:00 - 16:30
Week 2 09:30 - 18:00 + Sat 09.00 – 14.00 (WFH)
Week 3 09:00 - 17:30

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a Lantern, at their contact centre in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team, committed to providing affordable debt payment solutions.
Key Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Provide empathetic customer service to vulnerable customers
* Assist customers with their financial queries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency
* Update customer records accurately on the internal CRM systems
* Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, handling sensitive and confidential information
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department targets and KPIs
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre is desirable 
* Be a great listener
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
