An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Claims Handler to join a long-established niche Loss Adjuster with offices located in London, the Midlands and Northern Ireland.
* Possessing traditional values with a long history of working solely with claimants and directly with businesses and individuals, recommended by many of the UK’s top Insurance Brokers when their clients experience a claim.
* You will play an integral part of the business retaining an invaluable reputation within the industry preparing and negotiating claims on behalf of the policyholder.
Key responsibilities:
* You will efficiently handle claims from cradle to grave and liaise extensively with clients, insurers, policyholders, brokers and other experts.
* You will deal with major loss claims of £50,000 upwards for property damage and/or business interruption
* Gather and process information as directed, to support the effective assessment of more complex cases.
About you:
* Experience dealing with Major Loss Claims (£50k upwards) commercial property damage and/or business interruption.
* Knowledge of general Insurance principles and practice
* Knowledge of class of risk, product, and market knowledge
* General Insurance regulation & business ethics
* The desire and passion to transition into a field adjusting role
* Full Clean driving licence
