In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across all phases of business litigation, from pleadings to trial and appeal. You’ll be taking on significant responsibilities, including:
* Managing disclosure
* Drafting statements of case
* Witness proofing
* Conducting research and legal analysis
* Preparing for trial
Key qualifications include:
* 1-2 years of post-qualification commercial litigation experience
* Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales (or the ability to practice without sponsorship)
* Strong research and writing skills
* Excellent academic track record
