Key Responsibilities:
* Whole-of-Market Expertise: You must have a deep understanding of the entire mortgage market. Your ability to provide unbiased advice across various lenders and products is essential.
* Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients. Understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
* Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between our Mansfield office and remote work. This balance allows you to serve clients effectively while maintaining work-life harmony.
* Salary and Commission: We offer a competitive base salary of up to £28,000, plus uncapped commission OTE £60,000. Your hard work will be rewarded!
* Client Book Provided!! All Appointments provided!
* Full Admin Support and all chasing done for you!
Qualifications:
* CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A passion for staying up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
