About the role. Due to the continued evolution of our Distribution Operations Team, an exciting new opportunity has become available for a Communications Manager to join our team.. As the gatekeeper of communication between the distribution centres and central business areas, you will need to be able to work cross function to understand and breakdown the barriers which prevent communication landing ’right first time’. . The successful applicant will create and support the delivery of Internal Communications and Engagement strategies and enhance colleague experience and understanding.. Role Responsibility. Supporting the company values, business goals with a proactive approach to communication to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to build stronger engagement, involvement and understanding.  . Developing and delivering an internal communications strategy across our distribution and central network.. Ensure communications campaigns are designed to support network initiatives & wellbeing activity. Develop effective relationships with senior operational & People leads and teams to maximise colleagues’ engagement . Measure the effectiveness of ongoing distribution communication processes and ensure consistency of communications material across sites and all teams.. You will need. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of distribution operations and central business areas... · Excellent in a wide range of communication skills. · Show a good eye for detail and be data driven.. · Be flexible and is able to manage changing priorities.. .
