The Bespoke Coordinator will assist the Store Manager and will be responsible for carrying out an accurate record of all orders and production. Key responsibilities of the role: Customer experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values. Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail. Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers. Shop operations: Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the Store, Oversea all the production timelines... Bespoke: Work closely with the Head of Tailoring in different strategic projects for the brand. Report to the Head of Tailoring any matter regarding the bespoke department.
