Bennett and Game are currently working with a very established freight company currently looking to bring in an Operations Clerk as they expand the business and are seeking a candidate with good experience within Imports/Exports.
Imports/Export Clerk Position Overview * Data Entry - with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Booking in Jobs from start to finish
* Dealing with Suppliers queries, invoices etc
* Arranging collections & deliveries across the UK & Worldwide
* Completing Export/Import declarations on Sequoria (CDS).
* Raising / Completing Export AWB’s
* Sourcing rates and Quoting clients Imports / Exports rates.
* Completing, uploading, and filing Jobs.
* Dealing with any general queries Clients, Custom, deliveries etc.
* Booking courier shipments for the UK and Worldwide
* Using the WMS to organise Pick and Pack orders / warehouse involvement.
Imports/Export Clerk Position Requirements * Previous Import / Export experience 1-3 years preferred.
* Good IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
* Team player
* Be able to drive would be beneficial
Imports/Export Clerk Position Remuneration Mon - Fri - 9:00 - 5:30
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Standard Pension
20 Days Holiday - Increases every year
