Estate Operative / Cleaner - Vuaxhall - £28k (9 hour days with 1 hour paid break)

A well established high end property management company is looking for a team of Estate Operatives for a luxury residential development that is soon to open
You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.

Your duties will include


* General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
* Maintaining bin and storage areas
* General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
* Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
* Assist with all deliveries and collections for the commercial units including daily linen and food/beverage deliveries
