Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful manufacturing business in West Yorkshire to recruit a Production Manager to join their team. 
The Production Manager will have line management responsibility for the production team within a busy and high performing industrial manufacturing environment with a strong order book. The Production Manager will have a strong focus on delivering targets and improving process and lead times.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Production Manager with excellent communication, analytical, planning, and organisational skills.  
Responsibilities of the Production Manager role will include:  
* Lead the development of the manufacturing process
* Identify any training or development needs within the team and action appropriately
* Ensure product stocks are accurate to facilitate the delivery of the production schedule
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the business to maximise machinery output
* Monitor quality, cost, delivery and health & safety standards
We would be keen to speak with experienced Production Managers with the following skills and experience:
* Experienced leading and managing teams within manufacturing and engineering environments
* Experience in Metal Forming, Fabrication and Welding environments would be an advantage
* SAP knowledge 
* Excellent communication and leadership skills 
* Proven examples of implementing improvements
