We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Business Partner to lead the recruitment efforts across our division.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director to develop and implement a recruitment strategy that ensures we attract and on-board the right talent to meet the business growth.

Description
* Lead and manage a team of regional recruiters to meet weekly hiring targets.
* Collaborate with Regional Managers and operational teams to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
* Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates to ensure a steady supply to meet demand.
* Manage recruitment marketing, employer branding, and attraction budgets.
* Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance and optimise cost per hire.
* Chair weekly recruitment meetings and provide ongoing support and training to recruitment teams.
Profile
* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment with a deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
* Expertise in recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
