* Deal with incoming calls , first contact queries.
* Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
* Input details into bespoke in house system.
* Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals
* Perform administrative duties as necessary
* Maintain records of all client interactions
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Profile
A successful Legal Services Advisor should have:
* Previous experience within a customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
