gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for an Electrical Biased Engineering Supervisorto work at their facility based near Hull, Humberside.
Performance Objectives
* To advise and provide assistance to our engineers on any technical matters.
* Support the contracts on both reactive and planned maintenance work.
* To improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible.
* To ensure SLA and KPI’s are achieved by our engineers in line with our contracts.
* To ensure all statutory PPMs and activities are carried out on time.
* Working alongside the Team, assisting with Labour resource and technical issues or queries.
* To carry out operational inductions for new starters
* To carry out engineer audits which would include PPE, vehicles, tools, ladders.
